Payment & Pickup

Big Stock Liquidation specializes in bulk liquidation inventory and tool pallets. Because of the size and nature of our pallet inventory, all pallet purchases must be picked up in person and paid for in cash upon pickup.

Cash payment is required at the time of pickup.

We do not require payment in advance for pallet purchases. Customers should be prepared to pay the full purchase price in cash when picking up their pallet.

Pallets will not be released until payment has been received.

All pallets are local pickup only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

After purchasing a pallet, customers will coordinate a pickup time with Big Stock Liquidation. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window and bring an appropriate vehicle or trailer capable of safely transporting the pallet.

Customers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchased inventory unless otherwise arranged with Big Stock Liquidation.

When picking up your pallet, we recommend bringing:

● Full payment in cash

● A suitable truck or trailer

● Proper equipment for securing the load

● Additional help if needed to safely load the pallet

Customers are encouraged to inspect their pallet at the time of pickup before leaving the property.

Pallets listed as “As-Is” are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

For pallets or products specifically listed as “New,” our standard 7-day return policy applies where applicable. Please review our Returns Policy for complete details.

Please contact Big Stock Liquidation to arrange a pickup time before arriving.

Do not arrive for pickup without a confirmed appointment.

If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange another time.
