Returns Policy

At Big Stock Liquidation, we want our customers to know exactly what they’re purchasing. Because liquidation inventory can vary significantly in condition, our return policy depends on how an item is listed.

Any item explicitly listed as “New” is eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

● The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

● The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received.

● Items should include all original components, accessories, and packaging when applicable.

● Big Stock Liquidation reserves the right to deny a return if the item has been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise changed after delivery.

Items listed as “As-Is” are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

“As-Is” inventory may include liquidation, customer-return, surplus, open-box, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise used inventory. The condition of these items will be described in the individual listing whenever applicable.

By purchasing an item listed as “As-Is,” you acknowledge that you are purchasing the item in its listed condition and accept the associated risks of liquidation inventory.
