Big Stock Liquidation specializes in the sale of liquidation, surplus, overstock, closeout, customer-return, and bulk inventory, with a primary focus on tools and tool pallets.

Because liquidation inventory can vary in condition, each product may have different characteristics, quantities, packaging, and levels of wear.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph the products we sell. However, liquidation inventory may have cosmetic imperfections, damaged packaging, missing accessories, or other conditions that are disclosed in the individual listing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, photos, quantity, condition, and any other available information before purchasing.

Inventory is subject to availability and may change without notice.

Products may be listed under different conditions, including but not limited to:

● New — Products represented as new in the individual listing.

● As-Is — Products sold in their listed condition without eligibility for return.

An “As-Is” purchase means the customer accepts the product in the condition described in the listing. As-Is items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Big Stock Liquidation reserves the right to correct pricing, description, quantity, or listing errors and to cancel an order if an error has occurred.

An order is not considered final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Big Stock Liquidation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Items listed as “New” are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Items listed as “As-Is” are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the product, quantity, destination, and shipping carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are generally controlled by the shipping carrier. Big Stock Liquidation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pallets and bulk liquidation lots may contain products with varying conditions depending on the individual listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, photographs and descriptions represent the inventory being offered but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every individual item will be identical to a photograph or sample.

When purchasing liquidation pallets or bulk lots, customers acknowledge that liquidation inventory may contain variation in packaging, model, appearance, accessories, or condition as specifically disclosed in the listing.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order.

Big Stock Liquidation may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Payment information may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.
